About Us
Since their founding in 1994, beNUTS have been a fixture of the European ska scene. What began as a party-loving combo in Munich quickly evolved into an international live phenomenon. With a sweat-drenched mix of traditional ska, driving punk rock, reggae and a hearty dose of Balkan brass – jokingly dubbed “Molotov Offbeat” by the band themselves – they bring every stage to its knees.
A hallmark of this eight-piece outfit is their multilingualism: with lyrics in German, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Croatian and Japanese, beNUTS effortlessly transcend both musical and geographic boundaries. Over 700 concerts have taken the band across Europe and on extensive headline tours through Russia and Japan.
